Here, you will find our return policy. We ask that you take a close look at your purchase within 24 hours of receiving it and contact us at boutique@wildflowerYS.com if there is a concerns or you would like to initiate a return.
Here are a few things to know about our return/ exchange policy:
-Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or receive store credit.
-Items may be returned for store credit only. No full refunds.
-In order to be eligible for store credit, unwanted merchandise must be post marked within 10 days of the date you received it.
-Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and smell free with all tags attached.
-Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will result in the shoes being ineligible for return.
-The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
-We are happy to issue a return shipping label, for any unwanted, full price items. Simply send us as email at email@example.com
-Returns past the 10 day return policy will not be accepted or issued store credit. If item is sent back past return policy, the customer is responsible for return postage.
-Must include receipt or order number with return.
