All returns of online purchases will ONLY be issued in the form of an exchange or Store Credit via a digital e-Gift Card that can be used online or in-store
-In order to be eligible for a full refund of store credit, unwanted merchandise must be post marked within 10 days of original purchase.
-Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or receive store credit.
-Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and smell free with all tags attached.
-Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will result in the shoes being ineligible for return.
-The original shipping charge is non-refundable and customer is responsible for paying shipping cost on any item returned.
-Returns past the 10 day return policy will not be accepted or issued store credit. If item is sent back past return policy, the customer is responsible for return postage.
-Must include receipt or other proof of purchase.

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, please email us at boutique@wildflowerYS.com to initiate your exchange. You must return your unwanted item back to us within 24 hours of sending the email and send us the tracking information. After we receive, inspect and approve your item for an exchange, we will process your order. If the item you wish to exchange is not available in the size desired, a store credit will be emailed to you.
