-Online purchases must be post-marked within 10 days of order. Email us to receive a complimentary return label if your item is within policy.
-All returns after 10 days will be issued via store credit or exchange. No refunds, exchanges or store credit after 30 days.Â
-Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and smell free with all tags attached.
-Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will result in the shoes being ineligible for return.Â
-The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
-We are happy to issue a return shipping label, for any unwanted, full price items. Simply send us as email at boutique@wildflowerys.comÂ
-Returns past the 10 day return policy will not be accepted or issued store credit. If item is sent back past return policy, the customer is responsible for return postage.
-Must include receipt or order number with return.Â
